Empat Terpidana Kasus Pembunuhan Vina dan Eki Ajukan PK

KOMPAS.TV - Setelah sempat alami kendala untuk bertemu dengan empat terpidana kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eki, tim pengacara dari Peradi akhirnya bisa menemui keempat terpidana tersebut di Rutan Kebon Waru Bandung pada Kamis (20/06/2024) siang.

Keempatnya yaitu, Hadi Saputra, Supriyanto, Eka Sandi dan Rivaldi, bersedia menerima pengacara dari peradi sebagai kuasa hukum mereka yang akan mengajukan peninjauan kembali, atas vonis seumur hidup dari majelis hakim.

Sementara itu, Polda Jawa Barat telah menyerahkan berkas perkara Pegi Setiawan, tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon 2016 lalu, ke Kejati Jawa Barat.

Kabid Humas Polda Jawa Barat, Kombes Jules Abraham Abast menyebut, penyerahan berkas perkara ke pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat, dilakukan pada Kamis (20/06/2024) pagi.
