Este miércoles se publicará en China un artículo de Xi Jinping, secretario general del Comité Central del PCCh, sobre cómo llegar a ser un sobresaliente secretario de un comité del Partido a nivel de distrito.El escrito de Xi, también presidente chino y presidente de la Comisión Militar Central, se publicará en el decimotercer número de este año de la revista Qiushi, publicación insignia del Comité Central del PCCh. El texto recoge el discurso pronunciado por Xi el 12 de enero de 2015 durante un seminario para secretarios de comités del Partido a nivel de distrito, celebrado en la Escuela del Partido del Comité Central del PCCh. #China #XiJinping #PCCh #xw
