Qui voi rappresentate, in questa sala, le Forze Armate e il Corpo della Guardia di Finanza e io vi rivolgo l’augurio più caloroso per il vostro futuro, per un futuro pieno di soddisfazioni professionali, pieno anche di capacità, di risultati, di successi nell’attività che svolgerete, nell’impegno che dispiegherete al servizio delle nostre istituzioni democratiche".
