Mục tiêu là loại bỏ các tài khoản ảo, bảo vệ khách hàng khỏi lừa đảo và rửa tiền. Hiệp hội Ngân hàng đang phối hợp xây dựng quy trình chung và cơ chế phối hợp với các ngân hàng và công an để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.--------------
