Wah sedapnya cheong fun dekat kedai tapi takpuas nak makan😞 Apa kata kita buat sendiri baru la puas makan banyak banyakk😋😍Jom tengok resepi best ni!
Bahan yang diperlukan:
1.150g Tepung beras
2. 20g Tepung ubi
3. 20g tepung gandum
4.20g Tepung jagung
sudu besar minyak
6.600-650ml Air
sudu besar minyak bijan
2 sudu besar sos cili
10. 2 sudu besar kicap manis
10. 4 sudu besar petis udang
11.100 gram bijan
12. 13.125ml air panas
Cara membuatnya:
1. Mula-mula tapiskan tepung beras bersama tepung ubi, tepung gandum, dan tepung jagung
2. Kemudian masukkan air dan kacau rata. Biarkan lebih kurang 30 minit
3. Sementara itu sediakan sosnya: Masukkan minyak bijan, sos cili, kicap, bijan dan petis ken dalam air panas. Kacau rata.
4. Didihkan sebentar di atas api yang kecil. Jika mahu boleh tambahkan sedikit air tepung jagung supaya kuahnya lebih pekat. Ketepikan dahulu
5. Setelah itu, sapu loyang dengan sedikit minyak dan panaskan di dalam periuk pengukus. Kemudian letakkan 1 senduk adunan tepung di atas loyang, layerkan secara nipis, kukus sebentar lebih kurang satu atau dua minit.
6. Setelah masak angkat dan letakkan sedikit minyak supaya ia tidak melekat dan kering.
