В этой серии я отвечаю на вопрос: все ли практики нужно внедрять в жизнь.
Дело в том, что в "Джедайских техниках" и в частности в моей книге "Путь джедая" (https://links.mnogosdelal.ru/JediWay ) описано более полусотни приемов и многие люди считают, что обязаны "заставлять себя" следовать им всем, в то время, как это не так. Мы не должны "заставлять себя", но крайне важно попробовать и посмотреть, как те или иные подходы влияют на нашу жизнь.
