Menurutnya, masjid harus berkembang menjadi tempat paling aman, ramah, dan nyaman bagi kelompok rentan seperti lansia dan penyandang disabilitas.

Adapun dengan Gerakan Ngaji Fasolatan, Bimas Islam Kementerian Agama ingin mengajak umat Islam kembali memperhatikan penghayatan atas makna yang ada di dalam bacaan-bacaan sholat itu.
Gerakan ini dipandang, terutama untuk layanan bimbingan mengaji bagi para lansia,
Nantinya para penyuluh agama Islam Yang ada di berbagai macam kecamatan dan kantor urusan agama Islam akan berkolaborasi dengan pengurus masjid memberikan layanan Berupa pengajian fasolatan kepada umat islam baik anak-anak hingga lansia.
Kemudian dengan program 1.000 masjid inklusif Kemenag akan mendukung masjid yang ramah penyandang disabilitas dan lansia di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
Pemerintah mulai merancang skema Bantuan Operasional Masjid.
