La Procura generale di Milano studierà le carte dell'inchiesta di Pavia sul delitto di Garlasco e su Andrea Sempio e solo al termine di questa attività di approfondimento valuterà se chiedere ulteriori atti, prima di prendere la decisione se inoltrare o meno alla Corte d'appello di Brescia un'istanza di revisione del processo per Alberto Stasi. Lo ha detto ai giornalisti la procuratrice generale, Francesca Nanni, al termine dell'incontro con il procuratore di Pavia Fabio Napoleone e con l'avvocata generale di Milano Lucilla Tontodonati. «Valuteremo se chiedere ulteriori atti - ha detto Nanni -, bisogna prima attentamente studiare le carte, non possiamo fare alcuna altra dichiarazione ai fini di un'eventuale revisione del processo, perché dobbiamo ovviamente prima studiare le carte. Non sarà uno studio né veloce, né facile». Secondo quanto riferito da Nanni, che fra i suoi compiti ha anche quello di vigilare sull'attività di tutte le procure ordinarie del distretto giudiziario di Milano, nelle prossime settimane il procuratore Napoleone manderà al «nostro ufficio» una «informativa» su quanto è stato fatto fino a oggi.
