Purbaya mengaku sudah mendengar kabar tersebut, dan disebutnya Tutut sudah mencabut gugatan tersebut.
Hal itu diungkap langsung oleh Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa ketika ditemui di Kompleks Parlemen DPR RI, Kamis (18/9/2025).
Purbaya menanggapi santai kabar gugatan dari Tutut Soeharto.
Bahkan ia mengaku dikirimi salam dari mantan ipar Presiden Prabowo Subianto tersebut.
Pasalnya ia sudah mendengar kabar bahwa Tutut sudah mencabut gugatannya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Purbaya pun mengaku mengenal baik putri dari Presiden Soeharto tersebut.
Dia juga telah berkomunikasi langsung dengan Tutut.
Diketahui, persoalan yang terjadi antara Tutut Soeharto dan Purbaya bukanlah masalah pribadi.
Pada dasarnya persoalan ini berkaitan dengan urusan negara.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews.com, gugatan yang diajukan Tutut itu dilayangkan ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Jakarta.
Bahkan telah terdaftar setelah empat hari Purbaya Yudhi menjabat sebagai menteri di Kabinet Merah Putih.
Dalam gugatan yang didaftarkan (12/9/2025) itu, Menkeu sebagai tergugat dan Tutut sebagai penggugat.
Tutut menggugat Menkeu soal pencegahan dirinya ke luar negeri atau dilarang ke luar negeri yang diajukan oleh Menteri Keuangan.
