Mamata Banerjee On Election Results: चुनाव तमें हार को ममता दीदी ने High Court में किया चैलेंजविधानसभा चुनाव में हार के बाद ममता बनर्जी ने भवानीपुर सीट के चुनाव नतीजे को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में चैलेंज किया है.... भवानीपुर में शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने ममता बनर्जी को 15 हज़ार से ज़्यादा वोटों से हराया था...नतीजा आने के करीब 42 दिन बाद मंगलवार को ममता बनर्जी खुद कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट पहुंची और भवानीपुर के चुनाव में गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगाया.....2021 में भी जब ममता बनर्जी नंदीग्राम में शुभेंदु अधिकारी से चुनाव हारी थी, तब भी उन्होंने कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में इस चैलेंज किया था, लेकिन उस पर फैसला अभी तक नहीं आया है....अब ममता बनर्जी भवानीपुर के नतीजे को चैलेंज करने कोर्ट पहुंच गई हैं....कल्याण बनर्जी ने कहा कि भवानीपुर में ममता को साजिश करके हराया गया....जो अफसर 2021 में नंदीग्राम में रिटर्निंग ऑफीसर था....उसे इस बार जानबूझकर भवानीपुर का रिटर्निंग ऑफीसर बनाया गया था....भवानीपुर में साजिश हुई...वो ये बात कोर्ट में साबित कर देंगे....
Following her defeat in the assembly elections, Mamata Banerjee has challenged the results of the Bhabanipur constituency in the Calcutta High Court. Suvendu Adhikari had defeated Mamata Banerjee in Bhabanipur by a margin of over 15,000 votes. On Tuesday—approximately 42 days after the results were declared—Mamata Banerjee personally visited the Calcutta High Court and alleged irregularities in the Bhabanipur election. She had previously challenged her 2021 defeat against Suvendu Adhikari in Nandigram in the Calcutta High Court as well, though a verdict on that matter is still pending. Now, she has approached the court to challenge the Bhabanipur result. Kalyan Banerjee stated that Mamata was defeated in Bhabanipur through a conspiracy; the officer who served as the Returning Officer in Nandigram in 2021 was deliberately appointed as the Returning Officer for Bhabanipur this time. He asserted that a conspiracy took place in Bhabanipur and that they would prove this in court.
