APBN 2026 Sudah Disahkan: Rp335 Triliun untuk Makan Gratis, Defisit Masih Aman?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - APBN 2026 rancangan Menteri Keuangan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa disahkan dalam rapat paripurna DPR pada Senin. Dalam APBN ini, anggaran makan bergizi gratis sebesar Rp335 triliun.APBN 2026 disahkan dalam rapat paripurna kelima DPR RI masa persidangan I tahun sidang 2025-2026, Senin (22/9/2025) lalu.
Dalam APBN 2026, disepakati pendapatan Rp3.153,58 triliun dan belanja Rp3.842,73 triliun. Sementara itu, defisit ditetapkan 2,68 persen atau Rp689,15 triliun. Jumlah ini meningkat dari rancangan Menteri Keuangan sebelumnya, Sri Mulyani, sebesar 2,48 persen.
Menurut Purbaya, peningkatan defisit ini diperlukan untuk memberi ruang bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Angka defisit yang masih di bawah 3 persen, menurut Purbaya, masih sangat prudent.
Purbaya juga memaparkan 8 agenda prioritas APBN 2026, di antaranya:
- Ketahanan pangan Rp164,7 triliun,
- Ketahanan energi Rp402,4 triliun,
- Makan bergizi gratis Rp335 triliun,
- Pendidikan Rp769,1 triliun,
- Kesehatan Rp244 triliun,
- Pembangunan desa, koperasi, dan UMKM,
- Pertahanan semesta, serta
- Akselerasi investasi dan perdagangan.
Presiden Prabowo Subianto menargetkan perekonomian Indonesia tumbuh 8 persen. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, Menteri Keuangan mengadopsi konsep Sumitronomics yang fokus pada tiga pilar utama, yakni pertumbuhan ekonomi tinggi, pemerataan manfaat pembangunan, dan stabilitas nasional yang dinamis.
