The strangest of all the incredible stories to have emerged from Alaska has to be the existence of a massive pyramid of unknown origin that is only known to a few chosen individuals someplace in the woods. In Dayton, Ohio, more than 2,000 miles from Alaska, the trip starts. Aeronautical and defense industries are centered there. Former Army Chief Warrant Officer Doug Mutchler resides there as well. Doug was employed by US Counterintelligence for fifteen years. He looked into terrorist espionage against the US but was transferred to Fort Richardson on the outskirts of Anchorage, Alaska, in 1989. That was before he knew about the strange phenomena. His strange trip was about to begin. The first thing you do when you arrive in Alaska in September of 1989 is to get acquainted with your area of operation. Therefore, he went to get some maps and began to hang them.

This one place existed that he whitened out. Not surveyed yet in this region, he was glancing over all of Alaska as well. It was a large place and was entirely black. There had been surveying, except for this one place, and knowing his history in counterintelligence, he thought to himself that they could be hiding something, but he was not sure and was not aware of it either. Doug was used to working only with what he needed to know. But an amazing incident a few years later confirmed his fears. In 1992, the orderly room had a news program on TV when he was seated there, and the nuclear weapon detonation in China was being discussed. The story said that geologists exploited the explosion to improve their understanding of the Earth's crust and mantle. The explosion was so powerful, according to the news report, that shock waves were transported underground through the Earth's fabric.

It was unrecorded, but Doug Mutchler was a well-respected former counterintelligence agent, so why would he make up such a tale? The place is not exactly clear. That is, however, anywhere in central Alaska, on the level plains behind Mount Denali. Doug programmed his VCR to record the nightly news report he was expecting to see on TV on the pyramid, but there was no report. What kept it off the news? He made morning, noon, evening, and late-night calls to his religious news-watching dad, who told him he had heard nothing. Doug realized he wasn’t telling the truth and proceeded to see whether he could view a copy of the news item at the local TV station the following day. His dad said he had no idea what he was talking about. Such a story was not theirs.

Denying airing any such story was the station manager. He was ignorant of the subject. It ended there. To him, it was illogical. But a more dangerous individual came up to Doug before he departed. An underlying worker who gave him some startling information. Two men entered, she said, and took the cassettes. Stupidity struck Doug. The videos had been taken by two guys the staff members did not know. Doug could come to just one conclusion. They were burying it, he thought. The narrative of Doug Mutchler is absurd. One blank area on the map. Then he watches a television news report claiming that a subterranean pyramid seems to be located precisely where it is. But the newscast is erased before he can record it and update the location. There are no further appearances of it. Such an outcome is not only strange, but it is incredibly bizarre. In 1999 Doug was sent east to Fort Meade, Maryland, by his counterintelligence employer. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
