🥬 아삭아삭 초간단 무생채 레시피
✅ 재료
- 무 1/2개
- 고춧가루 6스푼
- 설탕 2스푼
- 멸치액젓 2~3스푼
- 다진 마늘 크게 1스푼
- 식초 1스푼
- 참기름 약간 (먹기 직전)
- 참깨 약간
✅ 만드는 방법
1. 무는 단맛이 강한 초록색 윗부분을 사용하면 좋아요. 껍질은 취향에 따라 벗기거나 깨끗이 씻어 그대로 사용해 주세요.
2. 무를 먹기 좋은 두께로 채 썰어 주세요.
3. 채 썬 무에 고춧가루 6스푼, 설탕 2스푼, 멸치액젓 2~3스푼, 다진 마늘 크게 1스푼, 식초 1스푼을 넣어 주세요.
4. 양념이 골고루 배도록 잘 버무려 주세요.
5. 간을 보고 부족한 양념은 취향에 맞게 조절해 주세요.
6. 완성된 무생채는 반찬통에 담아 보관하고, 먹기 직전에 참기름과 참깨를 약간 뿌려 주세요.
