In a makeshift classroom in Gaza City, yoga instructor Hadeel al-Gharbawi is using movement and meditation to help traumatised children find brief moments of peace.The sessions combine gentle stretching, breathing exercises and creative activities, offering displaced youngsters a rare chance to step away from fear and reconnect with a sense of calm and safety. Alongside maths and language lessons, the initiative aims to support emotional recovery and restore a fragile sense of normalcy amid ongoing conflict.
