Negosiasi tarif Trump untuk Indonesia memasuki babak baru. Melalui percakapan telepon, Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Presiden Amerika Donald Trump sepakat mengenakan tarif bea masuk 19 persen untuk produk Indonesia yang diekspor ke Amerika Serikat, dan nol persen untuk produk Amerika yang masuk ke Indonesia.Dalam negosiasi ini, Presiden Prabowo juga menyepakati pembelian sejumlah produk Amerika.
Salah satunya, pesawat Boeing yang sebagian besar merupakan jet berbadan bongsor, yakni Boeing 777.
Untuk mencapai kesepakatan tarif baru Trump, Indonesia akan membeli 50 pesawat Boeing untuk maskapai pelat merah Garuda Indonesia.
