French President Macron Hosts PSG After Historic Champions League Win | Vantage with Palki Sharma | N18GFrench President Emmanuel Macron held a reception for Paris St Germain (PSG) at the Elysee Palace on Sunday (June 1). This comes as PSG won the Champions League for the first time in their history. PSG coach, Luis Enrique along with the whole squad and the club's owner, Nasser Al-Khelaifi were welcomed to cheers and applause. The self-proclaimed Olympique Marseille fan congratulated PSG on becoming only the second French team to win the European Cup. Macron also strongly condemned the clashes of the previous day. More than 500 people were arrested by police during the celebrations and two people were reported dead and 192 injured.
