Hast du manchmal das Gefühl, dein Herz sei wie eine verschlossene Tür – sicher, aber auch ein bisschen einsam? Zu viel erlebt, zu oft enttäuscht, zu lange nicht mehr wirklich gespürt? Dieses Gefühl kennen viele. Doch das Herz möchte sich öffnen. Es möchte fühlen, verbinden, lieben – und vor allem: sich selbst spüren.In dieser geführten Imagination lade ich dich ein, sanft und behutsam die Tür zu deinem Herzen zu öffnen. Nicht mit Gewalt, nicht mit Druck, sondern Schritt für Schritt, so wie du bist. Ich begleite dich mit ruhiger Musik und einfühlsamen Worten auf eine Reise nach innen.
Du lernst, die Schutzmauern wahrzunehmen, die du dir aufgebaut hast – und sie dann loszulassen, Stück für Stück. Du spürst, wie Wärme in deine Brust strömt, wie Leichtigkeit sich ausbreitet und wie dein Herz wieder weich und lebendig wird.
Es ist eine Übung für alle, die sich wieder öffnen wollen – für sich selbst, für andere, für das Leben. Bist du bereit, dein Herz zu öffnen? Dann atme tief ein und lass uns beginnen.
