No es un vertedero improvisado en las afueras, no es un rincón olvidado del barrio. Es la puerta del hogar convertida en basurero.Alex Otaola toma estas escenas como prueba del deterioro absoluto tras más de seis décadas de control del Partido Comunista. Para el influencer cubanoamericano, la acumulación de basura no es solo un problema sanitario: es el símbolo visible del colapso estructural de un modelo que prometió progreso y dejó ruinas.
Mosquitos, enfermedades, contaminación, hedor permanente. Mientras el discurso oficial habla de resistencia y logros históricos, la realidad muestra calles convertidas en focos de infección. Otaola cuestiona la narrativa que intenta justificar la inacción y rechaza la idea de que el pueblo “no se ha dado cuenta”. La miseria, afirma, está a la vista de todos.
