Wir sind am Gipfel angelangt. Wir haben gekämpft, verzichtet, vielleicht sogar gezweifelt – und jetzt stehen wir hier; müde, hungrig nach Trost, während die Wolken jede Aussicht verdecken. Wir benötigen eine Pause, und auch Jesus, der gestern für uns am Kreuz gestorben ist, lässt heut nichts von sich hören. Und in dieser Spannung fragen wir uns: Wir fragen uns: wo stehe ich? Stehe ich am selben Punkt wie in der Vorfastenzeit? Habe ich genug getan, genug gefastet, genug gebetet? Wir sind müde, ja. Aber genau dort – an der Grenze unserer Kraft – wartet Er. Und dann wird aus unserer Erschöpfung Ruhe. Aus unserer Leere wird Liebe.
