Bahan-Bahan:
0.5 kg Daging Tenderloin
0.1 kg Bawang Merah
0.2 kg Tomato
1 batang Bunga Kantan
0.02 kg Cili Padi
0.01 kg Daun Ketumbar
0.06 kg Sos Cili Thai
0.02 kg Sos Ikan
0.05 kg Limau Kasturi
0.02 kg Cili Merah
0.04 kg Minyak Zaitun
Garam untuk perapan daging
Lada hitam untuk perapan daging
Cara-Cara:
Perap daging tenderloin dengan garam dan lada hitam.
Panaskan daging tenderloin selama 4 minit setiap sisi, biarkan rehat selama 5 minit sebelum dihiris.
Potong semua bahan ini menjadi julienne (bawang merah, tomato, bunga kantan, cili padi & serai).
Untuk sos, dalam mangkuk, campurkan sos cili Thai, garam, sos ikan, jus limau kasturi dan minyak zaitun.
Campurkan daging tenderloin yang telah dihiris, sayur-sayuran julienne dan sos.
Akhir sekali, hias dengan daun ketumbar yang telah dicincang.
