Melalui dokumen itu disebutkan, Qatar memiliki kontribusi besar sebagai mediator dalam upaya penyelesaian konflik regional dan internasional.
Qatar bahkan disebut bisa membuat Hamas menerima rencana perdamaian 20 poin yang ditawarkan Trump.
Namun, situasi memanas sejak (9/9) ketika Israel melancarkan serangan ke Doha dengan alasan menargetkan markas pemimpin Hamas.
Qatar murka atas serangan itu. Mereka menuntut Israel meminta maaf sekaligus mengancam akan melakukan pembalasan.
