Dieses Debanking ohne triftigen Grund wird sowohl von privaten Banken, als auch von Sparkassen praktiziert, die dem öffentlichen Recht unterliegen.
Sparkassen allerdings dürfen nicht so einfach ein Konto kündigen, denn sie haben einen öffentlich-rechtlichen Auftrag zu erfüllen.
Welche Gesetze hier genau zu beachten sind und wie man sich gegen die Kündigung wehren kann, dies behandeln wir im Gespräch mit dem Rechtsanwalt Markus Haintz.
