Ijonk ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus peredaran liquid vape yang mengandung etomidate atau obat keras.
Sebelum ditahan di Lapas Pemuda Kota Tangerang, ia terlebih dahulu menjalani pemeriksaan di Polresta Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.
Kemudian pada pukul 11.30 WIB, Ijonk dibawa ke lapas menaiki mobil tahanan berwarna hijau, bertuliskan "Mobil Tahanan Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Tangerang".
Dari dalam mobil itu diketahui sudah ada tiga tersangka lainnya yang terlibat dalam kasus serupa, yaitu BTR (26), ER (34), EDS (37).
Pada saat turun dari mobil, Ijonk tampak tertunduk tanpa mengeluarkan sepatah kata pun saat ditanyai oleh media.
Menurut keterangan Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Kota Tangerang, Made Agung Deja, sejak ditetapkan tersangka pada awal Mei 2025, Ijonk hanya dikenakan wajib lapor karena kondisi kesehatannya.
Namun karena terkini kondisi Ijonk sudah membaik, tersangka kini telah ditahan.
Menurut keterangan Made, hasil pemeriksaan dokter menyebut bahwa kondisi Ijonk sudah membaik pasca operasi ambien, meskipun masih ada pembengkakan pada dubur tersangka, dan Ijonk kesulitan duduk.
Namun ia menjelaskan tak ada perlakukan khusus bagi tersangka atas kondisinya tersebut lantaran sudah diklaim dalam kondisi sehat.
