- Tadeu Valadares é embaixador aposentado com 49 anos de serviços prestados ao Itamaraty. Em Brasília, foi diretor do então Departamento de Direitos Humanos e Temas Sociais. Como embaixador, chefiou os postos em Bucareste, São José e Doha.
