In questi anni noi abbiamo affrontato la criminalità minorile con norme coraggiose, dalla custodia cautelare in carcere anche per i minorenni che fanno uso di armi, fino alle misure severe contro l’uso dei coltelli tra i più giovani. Ora aggiungiamo un ulteriore tassello, per contrastare quei fenomeni di violenza di gruppo che stanno coinvolgendo sempre più spesso anche i minorenni. È, per esempio, quello che è accaduto pochi giorni fa al Colosseo, dove gruppi di ragazzi hanno assaltato le volanti delle forze dell’ordine e provocato gravi disordini: sono fenomeni che vogliamo stroncare. Per questo, con le nuove norme, introduciamo misure di buon senso: se hai precedenti penali e decidi di organizzarti in gruppo per commettere atti di violenza, il Questore può vietarti di stare insieme alle persone con cui delinqui.
