และเหตุใดเครือข่ายเหล่านั้นถึงได้สิทธิ์มากมายขนาดนี้?
หรือเพราะเบื้องหลังของโควตานี้ อาจไม่ได้มีแค่ธุรกิจ… แต่อาจมี “อำนาจ การเมือง มูลนิธิ หรือ สายสัมพันธ์” ที่ค้ำจุนกันอยู่
