Day 11 of my 30 Day Yoga in Nature Challenge is a 45-minute flexibility flow in nature 🌿✨

Today’s practice is a longer, juicy flexibility yoga flow designed to open your hips, lengthen your hamstrings, improve balance, strengthen your core, and help you feel strong, flexible, and confident in your body this summer.

In this class, we’ll move through a beautiful mix of hip openers, hamstring stretches, balancing postures, straddle splits work, flowing transitions, and core-strengthening segments to help you build both flexibility and control. This is not just a stretch — it’s a full-body yoga flow that challenges your strength, mobility, balance, and focus while still feeling grounding and connected.

We’ll work into deeper lower-body flexibility with straddle splits, inner thigh stretches, hamstring lengthening, hip mobility, and active flexibility drills, while also adding core work to support your practice and help sculpt the strong summer body you’ve been wanting.

Filmed outside in nature with peaceful views, bird sounds, and calming meditation music, this 45-minute intermediate yoga class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve flexibility, build core strength, work toward splits, and feel more connected to their body.
