Mehmet Şah Çelik, köyde başlayan ilkokul hayatından itibaren eğitiminin kendi vizyonunu nasıl geliştirdiğinden ve gelişen vizyonunun oyunculuktan avukatlığa, film yapımcılığından melek yatırımcılığa uzanan çok yönlü kişiliğini nasıl oluşturduğunu anlattı. 2003-2010 yılları arasında Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi'nde hukuk öğrenimi gördü ve 2012'den bu yana Çelik Hukuk Bürosu'nun kurucu ortağı olarak ceza, fikri mülkiyet ve iş hukuku alanlarında avukatlık yapıyor. İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi'nde ekonomi hukuku yüksek lisansına devam ederken, Anadolu Üniversitesi'nde medya, iletişim, tarih ve sosyoloji gibi alanlarda eğitim aldı.2019'dan beri Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Sanat ve Tasarım Fakültesi'nde öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapıyor, 2017-2020 yıllarında "Hukuk ve Sanat" isimli programı sunup yönetti ve ayns konularda aktif bir köşe yazarıdır. Ayrıca İstanbul Barosu Tiyatrosu'nun kuruculanndan ve "Cübbesizler" adlı doğaçlama ekibinin moderatörüdür.
Son olarak Bitlis'te düzenlediği Beş Minare Uluslararası Film Festivali'yle büyük yankı uyandıran sanatsever, bölgenin tanıtımı ve turizme kazandınıması için çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
