Çok sayıda deniz aracını kendi kapasitesi ile geliştirebilmesi önemli. Ayrıca, hava ve deniz kuvvetlerinde çok fazla askeri aracı kendi kapasitesi ile üretme imkanı var.
Küresel çip üretiminde zirvede olması sebebiyle tüm dünya devletleri Tayvan'ın içine gireceği bir gerginliği istemiyor. Stockholm Uluslararası Barış Araştırmaları Enstitüsü'nün araştırmasına göre Tayvan, küresel silah ithalatında 11. sırada. Türkiye'den herhangi bir askeri araç-gereç satın almıyor. Çünkü, Çin yönetimi Tayvan'a askeri ekipman satan ülkelere ve şirketlere yaptırım uyguluyor.
