SUPERMAN VAI PRA MARVEL? A DC VAI PERDER OS DIREITOS DO SUPERMAN?
O novo filme do Superman explodiu nas bilheterias, e o James Gunn já correu pra anunciar a sequência pro DCU, prevista pra 2027. Mas será que essa pressa toda é empolgação… ou medo? Existe um risco real do Superman cair em domínio público — e o pior: tem gente dentro da Marvel de olho nele! 👀Imagina o Superman no Universo Marvel, dividindo tela com o Homem de Ferro, Capitão América ou até enfrentando o Thor. Parece loucura, mas a lei dos direitos autorais nos EUA permite que personagens clássicos caiam em domínio público — como aconteceu com o Mickey Mouse, o Ursinho Pooh e até o Papai Noel. Agora, a bola da vez pode ser o maior herói de todos os tempos.
E não é só teoria, galera. O Rob Liefeld, criador do Deadpool, já está preparando uma HQ do Superman independente, e o Tom Brevoort, um dos chefões da Marvel, já falou abertamente: “nunca se sabe”. Isso significa que, em 2036, qualquer um poderá criar a própria versão do Superman — inclusive a Marvel Studios.
Mas calma: o que cairia em domínio público seria o Superman original de 1938, aquele que ainda não voava, que pulava prédios e tinha um símbolo diferente no peito. Mesmo assim, é uma baita dor de cabeça pra DC Studios e pro próprio James Gunn, que está tentando reconstruir o universo com David Corenswet no papel do herói e o novo Lex Luthor de Nicholas Hoult.
Será que o Superman da DCU vai segurar a coroa até lá? Ou será que em 2036 a gente vai ver um Superman vs Vingadores nos cinemas? 😱
