Il 16 aprile quattro banditi hanno darto l'assalto, intorno alle 10.30, a un ufficio postale di Erba (Como). Per questo reato la polizia ha fermato quattro italiani, tra i 49 e i 53 anni, mentre un 65enne è stato denunciato. Nelle immagini delle telecameraedi sorveglianza si vedono due uomini fare irruzione nella struttura, con volto coperto da caschi, e minacciare la direttrice e una dipendente con una pistola e un coltello. Si sono così impossessati di 720 euro. Un terzo complice faceva il «palo» all'ingresso, impugnando un taglierino, mentre altri hanno garantito la fuga a bordo di uno scooter rubato, di una moto di grossa cilindrata e di un'auto. I poliziotti della Sezione «Antirapine» della Squadra Mobile di Milano e della Squadra Mobile di Como, grazie alla visione delle immagini estrapolate dai sistemi di videosorveglianza, hanno individuato i responsabili e li hanno rintracciati quasi subito, due presso un'area di servizio del Comasco e tre a Milano.
