안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 어니언링 바삭하게 튀겨서 치맥이 아닌 링맥 한잔했어요!
먼저 양파를 어느정도 두깨감 있게 썰고
튀김옷을 입혀 180˚ 기름에 8~10분 정도 튀겨주었어요!
튀김옷이 너무 두꺼우면 바삭함보다 눅눅해지니까
살짝 얇게 코팅하듯이 묻혀주는 게 포인트!
첫 입을 베어물자마자 겉은 와삭바삭! 속은 촉촉한게
양파의 단맛이 기름향이랑 어우러지면서
입안 가득 고소함이 퍼졌어요
이건 정말 치킨 못지않은 바삭함이에요!!
하나 먹고 나면 또 손이 가고, 또 가고…
보통 어니언링 하면 패스트푸드점에서
햄버거랑 같이 먹는 이미지인데
집에서 직접 튀기니까 훨씬 담백하고 양파 향이 진하더라구요!
기름진 고소함을 맥주가 깔끔하게 정리해주니까
느끼함은 전혀 없고 오히려 더 입맛이 살아나는 느낌이에요
오늘은 치맥이 아니라 링맥이었지만
솔직히 치킨 부럽지 않을 정도로 만족스러웠어요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
