Kasus Naik ke Pengadilan! Dokter PPDS Pelaku Kekerasan Seksual di RSHS Bandung Segera Jalani Sidang
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Polisi melimpahkan dokter PPDS yang diduga melakukan pencabulan terhadap pasien di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung.Tersangka juga ditahan selama 20 hari di Rutan Klas 1 Bandung sambil menunggu persidangan.
Kasus pencabulan pasien dan keluarga yang dilakukan Priguna Anugrah Pratama, dokter PPDS di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung, memasuki babak baru.
Berkas perkara dokter PPDS ini telah dinyatakan lengkap atau P21, sehingga polisi menyerahkan tersangka ke kejaksaan bersama 20 barang bukti yang digunakan dalam penyidikan.
Pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Bandung langsung menyusun dakwaan sebelum dilimpahkan ke pengadilan untuk persidangan. Pihak kejaksaan menahan tersangka di Rutan Klas 1 Bandung selama 20 hari sambil menunggu jadwal persidangan.
Sebelumnya, Priguna Anugrah Pratama, dokter PPDS, mencabuli pasien dan keluarga di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Pelaku melancarkan aksinya dengan membius korban di lantai 7 Gedung Ibu dan Anak Terpadu RSHS Bandung.
