Hidangan Pai Cottage Jagung ini juga dikenali sebagai Sheperd's Pie. Sangat sesuai kalau dinikmati bersama keluarga anda pada hari minggu kan?🤨😋Bahan lapisan atas:
600g ubi kentang, dikupas dan dadu
3 sudu besar Marjerin Seri Pelangi
½ cawan Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI
½ cawan parutan keju Cheddar
Garam Gunung SAJI secukup rasa
Bahan lapisan bawah:
2 sudu besar Minyak MASAK SAJI
1 labu bawang besar Holland, didadu
3 ulas bawang putih, dicincang
400g daging kisar
2 sudu besar rempah kari
1 sudu besar serbuk cili
200g sayuran campur
½ cawan air
1 kiub stok daging
2 biji cili merah
2 sudu besar Sos Tomato SAJI
3 sudu besar Sos Cili SAJI
2 sudu besar tepung serbaguna
1 tin (425g) jagung ‘cream-style’
Garam Gunung SAJI secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus kentang sehingga empuk. Lecek dengan semua bahan lain dan ¼ cawan keju.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang besar sehingga layu.
3. Masukkan bawang putih dan daging. Kacau sehingga daging masak.
4. Tambah rempah kari, serbuk cili, sayur campur dan air. Kacau sehingga agak kering.
5. Masukkan stok daging, sos tomato, sos cili, tepung, jagung, garam dan serbuk lada sulah. Masak selama 2 minit.
6. Ratakan di dalam bekas 8 inci yang dilengser marjerin.
7. Sudukan kentang lecek di atasnya. Bakar pada 180C selama 20 minit.
8. Taburkan baki keju dan bakar lagi sehingga keju keperangan.
