❤ Ingredientes para 8-10 Pancakes del tamaño de la palma de la mano.
Paso 1 - Discos de Chocolate
80 g de chocolate negro fundido
Paso 2- Pancakes
👉🏻 140 g de Pancake Mix Saludable: 120 g Avena + 20 g de Maicena y 1 cdita polvo para hornear o levadura de repostería
👉🏻1 huevo
👉🏻130 ml de leche vegetal * añade tanta como necesites hasta conseguir la textura del video.
👉🏻 Yo no endulzo la mezcla porque siempre acompaño los pancake con algún sirope o miel, pero si si gustas ponerle endulzante es tu opción.
🔥 Cocina el pancake a temperatura media alta por 1 min o hasta que toda la superficie se llene de burbujas. luego coloca la placa de chocolate, pon más relleno en la superficie; dale la vuelta y cocina por 15-30 seg y retira del fuego.
NOTA:
Puedes guardar la mezcla cruda de un dia para otro, quizá espese un poco y en ese caso añades un poquito de agua.
❄️ Se conserva en un recipiente en la nevera hasta por 1 semana.
