Catorce países, entre los que se encuentran Estados Unidos, Filipinas, Japón, Reino Unido y Australia, emitieron el 12 de julio una declaración conjunta con motivo del décimo aniversario del llamado "laudo arbitral sobre el mar Meridional de China". Ese mismo día, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de China respondió con claridad, afirmando que el "laudo" no solo viola principios fundamentales del derecho internacional, como el consentimiento del Estado y el principio "pacta sunt servanda", sino que además contradice la propia Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Derecho del Mar (Convemar) e ignora por completo los hechos básicos de la región. #HoradeHablar #plz #China #NHSuscríbase en YouTube:
