📌 ¿Cómo realizar la adhesión?
👉 Ingresá a https://www.arca.gob.ar con tu CUIT y clave fiscal de nivel de seguridad 3 o superior.
👉 Accedé al servicio “Sistema Registral”.
👉 Seleccioná la opción “Ganancias PH Simplificada”.
👉 Verificá las condiciones de adhesión y, si cumplís con los requisitos, confirmá la solicitud.
👉 Descargá y guardá el comprobante de adhesión.
ℹ️ ¿Qué tenés que saber?
✔️ El régimen está destinado a personas humanas y sucesiones indivisas residentes en el país que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas.
✔️ Permite presentar una declaración jurada simplificada del impuesto a las ganancias, sin la obligación de informar el patrimonio y los consumos personales.
✔️ La adhesión se acredita mediante la constancia de inscripción, que incluye la caracterización correspondiente al régimen.
