[FULL] Pakar Ekonomi Soroti Lemahnya Kurs Rupiah Usai APBN Menkeu Purbaya Sah, Ada Apa?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kurs rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika Serikat terus melemah dalam lima hari perdagangan terakhir. Kurs JISDOR, atau nilai tengah beli dan jual di Bank Indonesia, kemarin ditutup di Rp16.752 per dollar, melemah dari sehari sebelumnya yang masih di kisaran Rp16.600.Bank Indonesia langsung merespons pelemahan ini. Gubernur BI, Perry Warjiyo, menyatakan, “Bank Indonesia menggunakan seluruh instrumen yang ada secara tegas, baik di pasar domestik maupun luar negeri, melalui intervensi NDF, untuk menstabilkan rupiah.”
Perry menambahkan, BI yakin langkah-langkah ini dapat menjaga stabilitas nilai tukar sesuai fundamental, dan mengajak pelaku pasar bersama-sama menjaga iklim keuangan yang kondusif.
Sementara itu, Menteri Keuangan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa berencana menarik dolar masyarakat yang tersimpan di luar negeri kembali ke dalam negeri, dengan insentif khusus.
Di pasar offshore, rupiah pagi ini menembus Rp16.828 per dollar, memperlihatkan tekanan yang masih cukup berat. Untuk menganalisis kondisi ini, Kompas Bisnis mewawancarai Prof. Telisa Falisa Aulianty, Guru Besar Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia, terkait faktor pelemahan rupiah dan langkah strategis yang bisa diambil.
