Trump leaves the door open to restarting the war on Iran
Donald Trump is asked in the Oval Office whether talks with Iran have stalled and whether he would consider restarting the war, and the US president responds:“I don’t know what stubborn is because, really, nobody knows what the talks are except myself and a couple of other people. They [Iranians] want to make a deal badly.”
“We have a problem because nobody knows for sure who the leaders are.”
“I don’t know that we need it [to restart war] … We might need it.”
Trump says “probably” on whether he will withdraw US troops from Italy and Spain.
