iPhone Duo Review: Putting Apple's Folding Phone Through Hell

It’s here: Apple’s first foldable iPhone. In my iPhone Duo review, I put the folding phone through seven days and seven nights of crazy testing—its hinge, cameras, matte screen and, yes, its software.

For our hinge durability test, we built a special robot to fold the Duo more than 30,000 times. Then we hit the high seas (fine, the Hudson River) for a camera test and a look at how the matte display handles bright sunlight. And the software? Well, you’ll see.
