ROMA (ITALPRESS) - "Anche quest'anno le locazioni turistiche si confermano essere una risorsa necessaria e strategica straordinaria per il Sistema Paese, per l'economia sia locale che nazionale. Si attendono oltre 65 milioni di turisti per quest'estate, soprattutto nordamericani e cinesi, e le strutture ricettive tradizionali non consentono di accogliere tutti, quindi serve la disponibilità di proprietari di mettere a disposizione delle seconde case per turisti che decidono di fare una vacanza differente in autonomia". Lo ha detto Gian Battista Baccarini, presidente nazionale FIAIP, intervistato da Claudio Brachino per il magazine televisivo "Italpress Economy"."Ci sono tante esperienze europee ed extra europee che dimostrano che limitare gli affitti brevi fa aumentare il sommerso, l'illegalità e l'abusivismo correlato e soprattutto i canoni sono aumentati e l'offerta di casa è nettamente peggiorata. Pensiamo che la strada non sia quella di limitare o vietare gli affitti turistici, perché i problemi della gentrificazione, dello spopolamento dei centri storici, dell'emergenza abitativa vanno affrontati cercando di comprendere i motivi per i quali proprietari decidono di affittare per un periodo breve", ha aggiunto.
