Anzi, ciò che dice la amata scienza di cui in altri tempi ci si doveva "fidare": usare i #social network per troppo tempo può portare a una vera e propria dipendenza. Questo per colpa di un neurotrasmettitore: la dopamina, che stimolata da molti meccanismi dei social porta a una soddisfazione, a un piacere perlopiù temporaneo. Chiediamo a chi legge: riuscite, per esempio quando scorrete tra gli infiniti reels (ormai presenti in tutte le app) a ricordare di cosa parlasse il contenuto precedente? E invece quello prima?
