【本集說書】
前陣子，我讀了楊定一博士的《豐盛》，立刻被他那種貫通科學、靈性與生活的獨特視角給迷住了。於是我馬不停蹄地找來他最新的著作，也就是這本 2025 年推出的《中道 (https://readingoutpost.com/spiritual-path-of-the-future/) 》。
這本書可以說是他的集大成之作，它是楊博士「全部生命系列」31 冊中的最新一本，有點像是橫跨了他三十年思想探索的最終樂章。
楊博士做了一件很了不起的事：他用「中道」這個概念，統整了從釋迦牟尼佛、蘇格拉底到儒家思想等，橫跨東西方古代聖賢的核心智慧。
很多學者的書會有那種引經據典、咬文嚼字的問題，但楊博士的書完全不一樣，他是用我們現代人，甚至是我們這種追求智慧但又不想被理論淹沒的讀者都能理解的白話文，重新闡述了這個看似古老、但其實非常前衛的觀念。
