Haushaltsentwurf 2026 der Bundesregierung: 174,3 Milliarden Euro neue Schulden
Finanzminister Klingbeil hat den Haushaltsentwurf der Bundesregierung vorgestellt. Der Entwurf sieht Ausgaben von gut 520 Milliarden Euro vor, fast 90 Milliarden Euro davon schuldenfinanziert. Dazu kommen Kredite aus den sogenannten Sondervermögen – mehr als 84 Milliarden. Insgesamt sind das zusammen 174,3 Milliarden Euro an neuen Schulden. 31 Milliarden mehr im Vergleich zu diesem Jahr.Klingbeil kündigte an, sich für die Sicherung der Arbeitsplätze in der deutschen Stahl- und Automobilindustrie stark zu machen. Zugleich erklärte er, der Sozialstaat müsse effizienter und zukunftsfest gemacht werden: "Wir brauchen Reformen, die die Beschäftigung ins Zentrum stellen, die neues Wachstum schaffen, die mehr Beschäftigung schaffen, die dafür sorgen, dass die Sozialausgaben sinken und die staatlichen Einnahmen wachsen."
Die Opposition kritisierten den Haushaltsentwurf und sprach von "Finanztricksereien" und "Aufrüstungsgigantismus".
