DEUTSCHLAND: Große Ansage, wenig Personal! Scheitert das Alkoholverbot an der Kontrolle?Die Deutsche Bahn will den Alkoholkonsum an allen ihren Haltestellen verbieten. Die Regel gilt ab dem 15. Oktober für alle 5400 Stationen. Alkohol bleibt im Bordbistro erhältlich.
Anlass ist ein Angriff auf einen Bahnmitarbeiter. Der Mitarbeiter wurde während einer Ticketkontrolle attackiert und aus dem Zug gestoßen. Die Bahn will mit dem Verbot Kriminalität und Vandalismus bekämpfen.
Ostermann bezweifelt die praktische Umsetzung. Vor einem bundesweiten Verbot brauche die Bahn die nötige Infrastruktur. Diese fehle. Die Deutsche Bahn AG müsse ihr Hausrecht selbst durchsetzen.
Die Bundespolizei spiele bei der Strafverfolgung eine zentrale Rolle. Sie könne aber nicht mehr als 5000 Bahnhöfe flächendeckend kontrollieren. Dafür fehle das Personal.
Ostermann warnt davor, die Verantwortung auf die Bundespolizei zu verlagern. Nicht durchgesetzte Verbote könnten rechtswidriges Verhalten fördern. Die Bahn müsse die Kontrollen selbst organisieren und bezahlen.
