Наши дни. Ракитин, уже майор, продолжает заниматься спецоперациями. Его группу посылают на самые ответственные задания. После одной из них ему и его ребятам предоставляется двухнедельный отпуск. Ему звонит его давняя любовь, теперь важная дама-чиновник. Кошкина сообщает, что её двух детей похитили. Ракитин советует обратиться к соответствующим органам. Тогда Кошкина признаётся, что это его дети...
