(Agenzia Vista) “Abbiamo appena visto la plastica raffigurazione di come siano mutate le condizioni degli impegni delle nostre Forze Armate. È come se in ogni ambito si siano ampliati i confini e allargati gli obiettivi. Con una crescente esigenza di integrazione e collaborazione con settori e campi comuni. Lo è nell’ambito globale, non è soltanto di dimensione nazionale il nostro impegno. Non solo per motivi di lealtà e alleanze, ma perché i problemi sono diventati intrecciati e comuni. Alle ripartizioni tradizionali tra terra, mare e cielo si aggiungono altre dimensioni. Il fondo marino, lo spazio, quelle immateriali cibernetiche. Sono ambiti che allargano i confini dell’impegno, le Forze Armate si devono adeguare. Le ringrazio per le missioni svolte e faccio gli auguri più grandi per queste festività. Grazie alle Forze Armate e auguri”.
