MAGELANG, KOMPAS.TV Mendagri Tito Karnavian berbicara soal kepala daerah yang tidak hadir lantaran gangguan perjalanan hingga kebijakan partai.Hal ini disampaikan Tito usai gelaran agenda Retret Kepala Daerah di Akmil Magelang pada Sabtu (22/2/2025).
Tito mengatakan bahwa orientasi kepala daerah ini sangat penting untuk daerah itu sendiri.
"Ini kegiatan 7 hari dibanding 5 tahun mereka akan bekerja," ujar Tito.
Tito menegaskan kepala daerah yang tidak hadir akan rugi lantaran bisa kehilangan momentum untuk mengenal para menteri, gubernur, hingga rekan lainnya. Meski Tito menjelaskan masih ada cara lain untuk bisa berkomunikasi seperti via daring, namun hal tersebut akan esensi berkenalan yang berbeda.
"Jadi kalau yang nggak ambil bagian ya rugi sendiri, mereka kehilangan momentum," ujar Tito.
