Російська армія атакувала Україну протягом ночі на 21 липня, застосувавши 450 засобів повітряного нападу, повідомляє командування Повітряних сил вранці в понеділок. У Києві, за попередніми даними міського голови Віталія Кличка, фіксували загоряння в кількох районах, двоє людей постраждали. На станції метро «Лук’янівська» був пошкоджений вхід, повідомляв Кличко. Він заявляв, що пожежі на станції немає, там посилили режим провітрювання.
