HURRICANE LALA LIVE: Hurricane Lala Unleashes Torrential Rain on Hawaii’s Big Island
Hawaii is facing dangerous weather as Hurricane Lala weakens into a tropical storm after skirting the islands. The storm has brought fierce winds, heavy rain, dangerous surf and flooding, while more than 60,000 households were temporarily left without power.The severe weather also damaged roofs and disrupted air travel, with around 190 flights postponed. Authorities are warning residents about the risk of flash floods and mudslides as Lala continues moving westward.
